Is a referral near?

After waiting nearly 2 years, we finally believe we're getting close to getting information on our 2nd daughter from China. The purpose of this blog is to keep friends and family informed. I will also share experiences from our first adoption in 2004. I hope some will find it interesting and helpful if they are considering adoption. The adoption road is difficult. It is also the most amazing journey a person can take.
